Miniloc Island Resort has 50 rooms with a variety of styles, including Water Cottages, Waterside Cottages, Seaview Rooms, Deluxe Seaview Rooms built on stilts, Garden Cottages surrounded by tropical plants, Cliff Cottages nestled in the hillside, plus a number of Beachside Rooms.

Cottages and rooms are built with thatched roofs and furnished with native Filipino materials.

All cottages and rooms are air-conditioned and have a mini bar, a hair dryer and private toilet, shower facilities. Private verandahs offer views of the cove and the nearby islands.
