The Philippines celebrates Christmas like no other country in Asia!
It is the only Asian country with a predominantly Christian population, and enjoys what is thought to be the longest Christmas season in the world. The celebrations, which covers all the months which end in "ber", starts in September and continues until the beginning of January, although most ceremonies are held during December!
You can expect to start hearing Christmas carols playing in shopping malls in September.
The Christmas and New Year period is a hugely popular time for tourists to visit the Philippines. Many hotels and resorts are fully booked weeks in advance. If you're planning a holiday in the Philippines over Christmas, we recommend that you don't leave it too late!
"Thank you for arranging such a great tour for us of the Philippines. We had a wonderful time and everything ran like clockwork."
